Wow, I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. My boiler had been on the way out for a few weeks, was making do with quick fixes but one Friday evening it decided to give up entirely. I found these guys on Google, they seemed to have excellent reviews (well-deserved) and gave them a call; Amir had been at a job close by so actually got to mine within 20 minutes, had a look and we eventually decided that replacing the boiler entirely was the best option. They quoted me a very reasonable price for the job (a fixed price for boiler and labour included). Adam then came around later that night to inspect the pipe work and make sure everything was ready to go. They then went and got me a new boiler from the supplier early the next day (the brand is Navien, great so far). They started work on the Sunday at around 10 am and they worked tirelessly till the job was complete (past midnight!); they redid the gas pipes and some other structural work so that it was line with new regulations. Adam then came back in a couple of days to check that everything was working fine.

It was extremely cold that weekend in Edinburgh (went down to -5C), and so I was extremely grateful that they persevered for so long and finished the job (particularly at such short notice, and at the weekend) so that we could have hot water and heating again. Adam and Amir were both lovely, respectful and professional - and both clearly very good at their jobs.  A pleasure to communicate with and work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Can't recommend Adam enough to anyone in need of plumbing services. Had an unfortunate issue with leaking pipes in our kitchen and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I was let down by 3 other plumbers but 24/7 emergency plumbing Scotland pulled through for us after having a bad leak in the evening. Very pleasant and they did a brilliant job in such a short space of time. Highly recommend them.
